Union is in New Jersey, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Union follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I’ve given this location multiple chances, but my experience has been consistently disappointing. The young Hispanic female employee with dyed blonde/yellow hair has been rude, dismissive, and unprofessional every time I’ve interacted with her. She speaks to customers with an attitude that lacks basic courtesy and customer service. No customer should feel like they’re inconveniencing an employee by simply placing an order. What makes the experience even worse is the lack of leadership. The Black manager often appears more focused on having personal conversations and interacting with that employee than supervising the restaurant and assisting customers. As a customer, it’s frustrating to stand waiting while management seems distracted instead of ensuring the business is running professionally. I would rather drive to another location than continue spending my money here. Customer service, accountability, and professionalism start with management, and unfortunately this location reflects the opposite. I hope the owner or district manager reads this review, identifies the employees described, and provides the coaching and leadership necessary to improve the customer experience. Ever

The buldak was a no for me. The workers were super sweet and really nice, but the buldak with rice, chicken, and rice cakes wasn’t good. Don’t get me wrong I absolutely love spicy food and I’m really into spice. But this just tasted like hot sauce dumped over rice, chicken, and about three pieces of rice cake. I also got the chicken salad, which showed three big pieces of chicken in the picture, but mine only had what looked like one small chopped piece IF THAT… Everyone around me was ordering the fried chicken, so if I come back, that’s probably the only thing I’d try.

Love coming here on Mondays/Tuesdays for the dollar wings they offer, they are full of flavor and are pretty big considering the cost. The soy garlic wings are amazing, they have a savory sweet soy flavor profile that’s so good I could order only these and be satisfied. The Korean bbq was pretty good as well, it had a sweeter taste with a light kick. The original was very crispy and had a pleasant seasoning. Every piece of chicken was crispy and juicy with lots of meat. Highly recommend!

Review: I had the worst experience at this place. I spent $70, and it was absolutely not worth it. The service was rushed, even though the restaurant was completely empty—it was 8 PM, and I still felt like I had no time to think about my order. As for the food, the strips I got were practically scraps—barely any sauce, dried out to a crisp, and completely inedible. For the price I paid, the quality was unacceptable. This place is seriously overrated, and I won’t be coming back.
